Zamnaj Campsite sits along Sungai Dara in Tanjung Malim, tucked beneath the trees, far from the city's noise, yet just 1 hour from Kuala Lumpur.

Across three zones, by the River, on the Hill, and by the Stream, 24 sites each named after a Malaysian wildflower: Orkid, Ros, Bakawali, Telang. Bring your own tent or rent one of ours.

Questions, answered.

What time is check-in and check-out?+
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out can sometimes be arranged if the site is free.
Which days are you open?+
We open Wednesday through Monday (closed Tuesday), plus public and school holidays. Available dates are shown on the booking calendar.
Do I need to bring my own tent?+
No need. We rent out S, M and L tents plus gear like fly sheets and gas stoves, which you can add during booking. You're also welcome to bring your own.
Is there power, toilets and water?+
Yes. Every site has one power outlet. There are 2 toilet and shower blocks (male & female), an air-conditioned surau, and lighting along the pathways.
Can we swim and have a BBQ?+
You can swim in Sungai Dara (there's a night spotlight, please supervise children). There are 3 BBQ areas, one per zone. No open fire on the grass, bring your own grill if cooking outside the designated areas.
Are pets allowed?+
Sorry, pets are not allowed on the grounds, for the comfort of all our guests.
How do I pay? Is a deposit option available?+
Payment is made online via FPX when you book. You can pay in full, or choose a 25% deposit (the balance is paid about a week before check-in through a link we send you). The deposit option is only available when you book 7 or more days ahead.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancel 7+ days before check-in: full refund. Cancel 2 to 6 days before: 50% fee. Cancel 1 day before or no-show: 100% fee.
How do I get there? Is the road okay?+
About 1 hour from KL via the PLUS Highway, exit at Tanjung Malim. The road to the site is fully paved, no off-roading needed. The grounds are fully fenced with card-access entry and free on-site parking.
