I acknowledge that taking part in camping and outdoor activities at Zamnaj Campsite is voluntary. I understand outdoor activities carry risks including injury, drowning, bad weather, slippery surfaces, insects and wildlife, and I accept these risks for myself and my group.

The site is beside a river. I understand the dangers of river currents and the possibility of flash floods, especially during rain. I will follow management warnings and instructions, keep away from the river when the water rises, and supervise children at all times near the water.

I and my group are fully responsible for our own safety, especially during river activities, hiking, and outdoor activities. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

Zamnaj Campsite management is not liable for any injury, loss, or property damage occurring during your visit, unless directly caused by management negligence.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zamnaj Campsite and its management against any claim, loss, or damage arising from the actions of me or my group.

I am responsible for my own medical conditions. There are no medical facilities on site. In an emergency, I allow management to call for emergency assistance; any medical costs are my responsibility.

Management is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. I am responsible for any damage to property or rented equipment caused by me or my group.

I agree to follow all site rules: respect other guests, no littering, fire safety (no open fire on grass), no illegal substances, and follow staff safety instructions. Lights out at 12 midnight.

Check-in: 2:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 PM. Late check-out is available until 2:00 PM (subject to availability). Checking out after 2:00 PM is charged at the full nightly rate.

Cancellation 7+ days before check-in: full refund. Cancellation 2–6 days before check-in: 50% fee. Cancel 1 day before check-in, or no-show: 100% charge. Balance payment is due before arrival.

I confirm all information provided (including names and IC/passport numbers) is true and accurate. My personal data is used only for booking and related communication, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
