Zamnaj Campsite (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data you provide. Location: Lot 31840, Jalan Slim Lama, Kampung Sungai Dara, 35900 Tanjung Malim, Perak. Contact: WhatsApp +60 10-918 8277, email admin@zamnaj.com.
Name, identity card (IC) or passport number, phone number, email address, booking details (dates, sites, rentals, products), and communication records. Payment details (card/FPX) are handled directly by our payment gateways and are not stored by us.
To process and confirm bookings; process payments and refunds; send confirmations, receipts and reminders; manage check-in/out and rentals; keep safety-agreement/indemnity records; comply with legal requirements; and, where you consent, send marketing offers.
By submitting a booking or day-use form, you consent to us processing your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, though this may prevent us from processing your booking.
We share data only as necessary with our service providers: data storage (Airtable), payment gateways (ToyyibPay, Stripe), email service (Brevo), and WhatsApp for communication. We do not sell your personal data. We may also disclose data where required by law.
If you are owed a refund for an FPX / online-banking payment, we may ask for your bank account details (via WhatsApp or email) solely to make that transfer. These details are used once and are NOT stored in our systems. For card payments, refunds are returned directly to your original card.
Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected to a standard comparable with the PDPA.
We only send offers and updates by email if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us.
We take reasonable security measures (including encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls) to protect your personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements (for example accounting and safety-agreement records). After that, data is securely deleted or destroyed.
You have the right to request access to your personal data and to correct inaccurate data. You can view and update your booking on the “Manage Booking” page, or contact us for any access, correction or deletion request.

This notice may be updated from time to time. Malay and English versions are provided; in case of conflict, the Malay version prevails.
