By booking or visiting Zamnaj Campsite, you agree to the following terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your group.
Taking part in camping and outdoor activities at Zamnaj Campsite is voluntary. Outdoor activities carry risks including injury, drowning, bad weather, slippery surfaces, insects and wildlife, and you accept these risks for yourself and your group.
The site is beside a river. Understand the dangers of river currents and the possibility of flash floods, especially during rain. Follow management warnings and instructions, keep away from the river when the water rises, and supervise children at all times near the water.
You and your group are fully responsible for your own safety, especially during river activities, hiking, and outdoor activities. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
Zamnaj Campsite management is not liable for any injury, loss, or property damage occurring during your visit, unless directly caused by management negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zamnaj Campsite and its management against any claim, loss, or damage arising from the actions of you or your group.
You are responsible for your own medical conditions. There are no medical facilities on site. In an emergency, management is allowed to call for emergency assistance; any medical costs are your responsibility.
Management is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. You are responsible for any damage to property or rented equipment caused by you or your group.
Follow all site rules: respect other guests, no littering, fire safety (no open fire on grass), no illegal substances, and follow staff safety instructions. Lights out at 12 midnight.
Check-in: 2:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 PM. Late check-out is available until 2:00 PM (subject to availability). Checking out after 2:00 PM is charged at the full nightly rate.
Cancellation 7+ days before check-in: full refund. Cancellation 2–6 days before check-in: 50% fee. Cancel 1 day before check-in or no-show: 100% charge. For deposit bookings, the balance is settled about a week before check-in.
You confirm all information provided (including names and IC/passport numbers) is true and accurate. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
